Account deletion request
If you would like to delete your account and associated data from AccuStock, developed by Tavo Tech, follow the steps below.
How to request account deletion
Method 1: In the app
- Open the AccuStock application on your mobile device.
- Log into your account and open Settings or your Profile.
- Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm your choice.
If you cannot find this option or no longer have access to the app, use the email method below.
Method 2: Email our support team
Send your request to accustock@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account so we can verify ownership.

What data is deleted or retained?
Data covered by your deletion request
- Your personal profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
- App activity logs, preferences, and user-generated data tied directly to your account.
Data that may be retained
- Certain transaction records, receipts, or financial data may need to be retained to meet applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be kept for service improvement.
